Kamlesh has been a passionate and dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, especially through his influential work with Self-Help Groups (SHGs). With a deep understanding of the challenges women face in rural and underserved communities, Kamlesh has worked tirelessly to provide them with the tools, support, and confidence they need to overcome barriers and realize their full potential.
At the heart of Kamlesh’s efforts are the SHG meetings, where he works closely with women to raise their awareness about the importance of financial independence, education, and self-reliance. Kamlesh focuses on teaching women key skills such as budgeting, saving, and entrepreneurship, helping them to manage resources more effectively and become financially self-sufficient. Through these practical sessions, many women have been able to start small businesses, improve their livelihoods, and gain control over their financial futures.
